Today’s real estate market is highly competitive. At Westhills, we have a simple system that will help you through the process of selecting and buying your new strata home. We believe in the phrase “first come, first served.” Once you have selected the perfect new home, received the price list (coming soon), and reviewed your Disclosure Statement (coming soon), you will
be asked to submit a non-binding Expression of Interest Form.

Hold onto your Expression of Interest Form until I have confirmed the Expression of Interest Form submission date and time with you. By submitting your Expression of Interest Form on time and on the due date, you will reserve your place in line to purchase on Sales Day..

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM SUBMISSION DAY


This is easy. The  Expression of Interest Forms are available now! You can pick up your Expression of Interest Form from the Sales and Design Centre or I can send you a digital form. You will then fill the Expression of Interest Form out and hold on to it until I have confirmed the Expression of Interest Form Submission Day. I will give you plenty of advance notice as to when your Expression of Interest Forms can be received.

After you have submitted your Expression of Interest Form on Submission Day, we will get back in touch with you within 48 hours to let you know whether we have a unit available for you.

 SALES DAY – SUBMIT YOUR OFFER 


The Westhills smallFOOTPRINT HomesTM Sales Day will be held at the Sales and Design Centre. By this time, you will have met with our in-house Sales Staff, selected your unit, chosen your interior colour scheme, submitted your Expression of Interest Form and arranged for any required financing. A deposit of $25,000 (In Turst) will be required and only subject-free offers will be accepted. The time that you attend will be determined by when you submitted your Expression of Interest Form.
