Get the Details
- The 3% and 1.5% shown above are the compensation earned by the Realtor under the multiple listing agreements and exclusive listing agreements for each property and are not in addition to such amounts.
- An additional $1,000 in commission will be paid on any qualifying sale after the 4th.
- All contracts must be: (1) written by the same individual Realtor on behalf of the respective buyers, and (2) unconditional on or before December 31, 2024, to qualify for rewards under this promotion.
