Commercial Real Estate Specialist
Deborah Moore is President and Managing Broker of Breakwater Realty Inc. – an entity appointed to look after the commercial real estate within Westhills. Deborah is a commercial real estate specialist with over 20 years’ experience in retail, office, industrial and mixed-use projects across several business facets including development, construction transition, asset and property management, sales and leasing – touching over 50 projects across 5 provinces and 20 plus jurisdictions.
The commercial opportunities in Westhills / Lakepoint District are distinct and exciting – over 30 acres of wide open possibility. Whether you are an institutional investor, a developer, a national, a small business owner, a destination retailer, food service, tech firm or involved in health and wellness, Deborah can get you the information you need and help you get what you want.
Deborah is an alumnus of UBC with a degree in Sociology and a graduate with honours of the Urban Land Economics Program. When not working, Deborah loves fitness (currently hooked on H.I.T. training and Kundalini Yoga) and food (hence the fitness).

Marketing and Sales Manager
Rob Muller oversees the marketing, planning, design and sales for Westhills residential component. He has been involved in managing real estate sales and marketing professionals globally for over 20 years and has worked for Westhills since 2014.
Raised in Kelowna, Rob and his family settled on Vancouver Island when they returned to Canada in 2013, after 12 years abroad managing several major real estate projects. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his three children, staying active and taking on DIY projects at home.
Options and Upgrades Coordinator
After re-locating to the Westshore at a young age, Mallory knows Westhills and surrounding areas like the back of her hand. What better person to introduce you to your new neighborhood and make you feel right at home? Known to her friends as “Mama Mal,” Mallory is our most dependable staff member. Mallory manages the client experience with confidence after our clients have purchased their home. She will be there for you every step of the way, helping you select interior finishes and upgrades, making sure the homes are being completed to your specifications, and handing you the keys to your finished home on move-in day.
Mallory’s meticulousness brought her great success in her previous career working with a Home Cleaning Services Company as their Administrative Assistant before starting with Westhills in February 2017. She’s also mastered the art of consistent efficiency and received promotions from crew member all the way up to 1st Assistant Manager at multiple Westshore Mcdonald’s locations. Mallory is dedicated to the task at hand. She has a knack for making meaningful connections with every client that looks forward to calling Westhills home.
Sheri has an extensive and diverse background in customer service and sales. She has owned and managed several successful businesses and made the move to real estate 10 years ago by obtaining her real estate sales and trading licence. Her natural eye for design and attention to detail bring the homes at Westhills to life. When not on the job site, Sheri will be in her garden or on the hiking trails.
